I recently engaged Tanna to redesign a floorplan and select finishes in a choppy and outdated 1950's northwest contemporary speculative rehab. It is hard for me to adequately put into words how thrilled I am about Tanna's most recent project. I knew what I wanted to remodel but I was having trouble getting it off and running. Our contractor told use to go pick out flooring and tile, but it was overwhelming. I did not have the time to go back and forth with options. Tanna took the stress out of the project. She listened to my ideas and then suggested things I never would have thought of. She put together palette boards and made the project so easy. She is responsive to questions. She lined up the flooring, paint, tile and cabinet installers and worked very well with our contractor. We're doing a new construction in NY and we contacted Tanna for her "a la carte" services to help us with the random things we needed guidance on and for her general experience in homes and design that we lacked. She is not only incredibly responsive to our emails/questions, but she delivers on everything we expect and more. She has helped us TREMENDOUSLY with planning out our forever home and she has likely already saved us from making mistakes that would cost us lots of money down the road. This is the second time I worked with Tanna and her team. After moving in to a new home, I was challenged with many new areas that needed her special touch, including living room built ins, office built ins, and our entry way. Tanna has been awesome!!! She was able to put to life what I had always dreamed of! She is prompt, reliable, honest, CREATIVE, ARTISTIC, and nice all at the same time which is not always easy to find in a designer! I highly recommend her! Tanna was amazing! We recently purchased a “new” (1940 with some remodeling over the years) home. We loved it but it still didn’t feel like ours. We didn’t have the time or the budget for a remodel. Tanna came over. We walked around the house as I told her what I was thinking. She came back with a paint swatch. I’ve just painted a few rooms but wow, what a transformation! I will definitely be calling her again.

Working with Tanna made the process of remodeling our home extremely easy. The way she organized the process was helpful to reduce stress and made decision making so easy. She has a gift of visual clarity that I didn't have. I depended on her for 90% of the purchases and design elements, thus allowing me not to worry I didn't make the right decision. She was there all along the 6 month process. Getting cabinets ordered, flooring, countertops, tile etc. picked out and ordered made the project go smoothly. Everything was absolutely perfect - she got it spot on, and gave us creative options to help our brand match our space.

Working With What You Have! My wife and I recently moved into a new home and hired Tanna to help us put the finishing touches on items and a layout that would bring it all together. Now, I'm an opinionated husband when it comes to furniture, textures, and layout. So, what I anticipated was Tanna suggesting we spend a few dollars on items that would finish off each room. What I didn't anticipate was moving existing furniture into new positions that might make the flow of the room better. I admit, I was not initially excited about the changes she was proposing, but as I was pushed out of my comfort zone on where furniture should be, I soon discovered why Tanna is so good at what she does. Tanna had a better eye for where things should be. For us, it wasn't as much about finding new items as it was taking the items we had and placing them in better positions. Thank you Tanna

I had a truly enjoyable experience working with Tanna on our 2010 Tour Home that received an award for the Best Master Bedroom in our category. Tanna has a very inviting and unique talent in her design skills. The home was greeted with an uncountable number of ooohs and aaahs with the theme of design on this project. Furthermore, Tanna comes highly recommended.

My husband and I hired Tanna to help us with our home remodel and we are so pleased. Working with Tanna was the best! We were overwhelmed and Tanna was with us from start to finish. I reached out to Tanna when I recently moved into a larger apartment and needed help furnishing and decorating it. I had a general idea for the look but needed help finding things that would fit and were within budget. The whole process was super easy and convenient. Tanna helped me hone my ideas and find actual pieces to fill my home and presented me with layout ideas that I would have never considered on my own. She really took into consideration everything that I was looking for and gave me personalized attention which I really appreciated --I've had friends who have done other virtual interior decorator services that they weren't happy with because it wasn't personalized to them and was just a bit blah overall--and this was the opposite. I'm really happy with the stuff she came up with and am excited to finally get my place furnished and feeling like home. Thank you Tanna for your help!

Tanna was a huge help to us when we were stuck trying to figure out interior paint colors to pull everything together. It looks fantastic and now we are looking forward to her assistance with the decorating portion of our project. Her assistance was remarkable with putting us in touch with people from the different stores we needed to procure our materials from and worked hand in hand with us at the stores during that process. This alone saved us lots of time and frustration trying to convey our needs and sorting through the endless options. We very much appreciated her knowledge, the effort she put in and is a wonderful personality to work with!

Tanna was a joy to work with and had so many wonderful ideas. I wanted to create a romantic warm setting for our master bedroom and the final product was right on the mark! From the crystal chandelier to the satin curtains to the beautiful fluffy white area rug.....everything was perfect! It was as if she was right inside my head reading my design thoughts then made them come to life. She also helped by putting us in contact with contractors who were very reliable and did fantastic jobs in our home. I am very much looking forward to working with Tanna again on our next project and highly recommend her service!

Designer Extraordinaire! TBD services from Tanna have opened our minds to a whole new world of comfy home decor. My partner and I recently moved into a very modern, newly built home (2009). The previous owner's style was stark and cool but not necessarily our taste. We contacted Tanna and her patient, informative and creative suggestions really helped us to land on a "Modern Woodsman" look which is perfect for our North Portland home.
